Sensory Illusion

A multi-medium display of memory and translated illusion.
The montage of memory is what shapes our character and explains who we are as individuals. These images that remain in our head can take us to specific moments and make us feel the way we did in the past. Pain and pleasure are all flash frames of the mind. As artists and photographers we harbor the ability to capture these moments visually and project them back into the world through our specific medium. The illusion comes shortly after we create these pieces of art. The truth of the piece lies forever buried in the mind of the artist while the illusion is spun by those who gaze upon the work, interpreting it through foreign eyes. We have the right to create art but we don’t have the right to the result of our creation.
